Browser Game Loading & Controls Help
Start with the symptom you can see. A game that has not loaded needs a different fix from a running game that is ignoring your keyboard. Work through one change at a time, so you can tell what helped.
1. The page is visible, but the game has not started
Press the yellow Play now button. We wait for this action before connecting to the external game host. The first load may need to download a larger 3D build, especially over a mobile connection. A message saying the frame opened only means the embedded page responded; the game’s own loading screen is the better indicator of progress.
2. The game stays blank or displays an error
Use Reload once, then try Open game in a new tab. If the direct link fails too, the issue may be with the game host or your connection rather than this page. Try another game to narrow it down. Managed school or work networks sometimes restrict gaming domains; follow the network’s rules rather than trying to bypass them.
If the game works directly but not inside the page, your browser’s privacy settings or the provider’s embedding rules may be involved. Do not turn off all protection just to make a game run. A provider can change its requirements after a game is added.
3. Keyboard input does not reach the game
Click inside the game once to give it focus. Clicking search, a page button or the address bar moves focus away from it. Press Escape when you want to release a captured mouse pointer. The game’s own control screen is the source to follow if it differs from a general guide.
4. Fullscreen does not open
Press Fullscreen below the player. Browser support differs, particularly on phones, and the request must follow your tap or click. Open game is an alternative when fullscreen is unavailable. On a computer, Escape normally returns you to the page.
5. The game runs slowly
Close other heavy tabs and stop another running game before trying again. Use the game’s graphics options if it offers them. On a phone, check whether the game actually supports touch input. A desktop-only 3D game may load on mobile without being practical to play.
6. Progress is missing
We do not run a login or cloud-save service. Some games save in browser storage, while others do not save at all. Clearing website data, using private browsing or changing devices can remove or isolate progress. Check the game’s own save system before closing an important session.
Closing a game
The Close button unloads the embedded player, stopping its active session. It does not erase storage already written by the provider. To review or remove that data, use your browser’s website-data settings for the game host. Reload starts a fresh load and may discard unsaved progress.
Return to the game collection to try a different game. Our privacy information explains which parts of the experience are served by external providers.
